Huawei seems catching up with Samsung!
I think Huawei might be better choice than Xiaomi when it comes to Flagships models. Their hardware have better quality.

Yes that is correct. When it comes to quiality Huawei is better. Though Xiaomi has also their own flagships models that have excellent quality.
OnePlus 10 Pro is also very nice option OnePlus 10 Pro review – GSMArena.com tests.
It has great quality and performance though they usualy have great discounts and often you can buy them 40% cheaper during these discounts.
I would go for OnePlus from 8 to 10 they are all nice models.
